Description
Produced from grapes grown on volcanic clay soil in the "Tarányi" vineyard, with very limited yields. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in Tuscan Florentine amphorae. The wine spent eight days on the skins before pressing and was subsequently aged for seven months in amphorae and barrels. It was bottled unfiltered.
