Ménes owes its historic renown to the Kadarka grape variety. As early as the 18th century, the famous *Aszú* wine made from Ménes Kadarka was exported not only to the Imperial Court but even overseas. Since its inception, our winery has been dedicated to reviving this justly celebrated variety. Ménes Kadarka displays a ruby-red hue with a deeper tone than average; its nose and palate offer a rich blend of spicy, wildflower, and fruity aromas. It is a pleasant, easy-drinking wine that pairs beautifully with Hungarian cuisine.
