Description
The flagship wine of the cellar, a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (30%) and Merlot (10%). It is aged for 24 months in new, small oak barrels, and then in the bottle for at least 1 year after barrel aging. It is characterized by a deep, dark intensity, dark red hue tending to purple. It is a velvety, full-bodied wine, with ripe cherry and tobacco aromas, and chocolate and vanilla in the taste, in addition to overripe fruits.
