Description
70% Tempranillo and 30% Garnacha. The grapes come from clay limestone soils at an altitude of 450–800 metres, from vines with an average age of 70 years, all harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in tanks with native yeasts. Ageing lasts for 8 months in American and French barrels.
Deep garnet colour. Intense dark-berry fruit on both the nose and the palate. Alongside the ripe fruit, the sip reveals velvety tannins, fine acidity, and a long, spicy finish. A wine for those who appreciate individuality and enjoy stepping beyond prevailing trends.
