Description
100% Garnacha. This grape variety concentrates particularly well, and during the ripening period the sugar levels in the berries rise quickly something essential for vermouth production. The finished wine is blended with more than 40 different spices and herbs, then aged for 24 months in French and American barrels.
The result? Alongside the complex fruit aromas, an extraordinary spiciness emerges: cinnamon, rosemary, thyme. An incredibly rich drink, a battle of bitter and sweet flavours.
