Aged in stainless steel tanks, kept on fine lees for 6 months, and filtered only once before bottling. An elegant wine with a pale yellow color. Fruity and floral aromas, with hints of citrus and linden blossom in the background. Varietally typical acidity; full-bodied and flavorful, harmonizing perfectly with the aromatics.
Recommended for those sensitive to histamine (total content less than 0.25 mg/l).
