Kristinus Estate
The Kristinus Estate in the South Balaton is owned by foreign investors and has managed 55 hectares in Kéthely since 2005. In this short time, the winery has become a key player in the Balatonboglár wine region. Their goal is to make top quality red and wine wines. They place great emphasis on wine-related experiences. Their range is mainly based on French varieties, but they use Hungarian oak to mature their wines. They produce Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay as well as Kékfrankos, Olaszrizling, Irsai Olivér, Sárgamuskotály and Zweigelt.
