An exceptional yellow muscat was born. The formula is simple: organic gardening and low yields produce high quality, expertise and dedication result in elegant fragrances and amazing complexity. The steps involved in making yellow muscat are whole-cluster cold pressing, then tempered fermentation, then a mixture of tank and barrel maturation, as the wine requires. All this without any added substances (using only SO2 and Bentonite). Vineyard: Rány Grape varieties: 100% Muscovite Yellow Alcohol: 13.9% Acid: 6.2 g/l Sugar-free extract: 26 g/l Residual sugar: 14.4 g/l Fermentation: 100% - Tank fermentation started at low temperature Maturation: 40% - third filling Szerednye barrels with a capacity of 220 l - 5 months, 60% - tank - 10 months Bottle aging: min. 7 months
