Bujdosó Merlot Válogatás 2020

We have fine-tuned our selection of red wines based on Ferkó's experiences in Tuscany. Within the vineyards, we worked with the best plots according to our experience and carried out even stricter viticultural work and bunch selection in order to achieve high quality. The primary goal was to highlight the fruits of the variety, so it spent a shorter time, 18 months in barrel.

The aroma of the deep red wine shows lively fruitiness, the aroma of blue and black berries, framed by a delicate spice. The sip is round, the acids are elegant, the tannins are ripe and velvety. There is no shortage of fruit, ripe sour cherries and plums, the barrel aging only appears as an additional spice. It reminds us of Mama Klári's lattice-plum cake.
