Description
The wine is a blend of merlot and cabernet sauvignon. It is made using a unique process. During the merlot harvest, the fruit stalks of the cabernet sauvignon are cut, but they are not picked, but left outside to ripen on the stem. While the sauvignon is drying, the merlot becomes wine in the cellar, and then the must of the fermented sauvignon is added to this wine. The wine is matured in tanks, no barrels are used during the aging process. Thus, everything we feel comes from the grape. As the name suggests, wine is full of passion. It is worth airing it a little to show its true values. Among the many red berries, currants are the most pronounced, but cherries, cherries and a little chocolate also emerge from the glass.
