Description
Grillo is the winery and also the flagship of Sicily. Despite this, it only produces vibrant, harmonious wine in cooler regions or in a cold vintage. That is why the Caruzós thought that the grill should be installed on the top of the mountain. That's how it happened and the expected acids and aromas show up year after year. The plantation received organic certification last year, after a 5-year transition period, so the time has come for this lot to be included in the prestigious "Naturalmente Bio" organic line, which is the pride of the winery, alongside Nero d'Avola and Catarratto. Lush, fresh, full of wildflowers, a hint of barrel and the aforementioned vigor.
