Description
Grenache blanc (95%) is complemented by viognier (3%) and roussanne (2%), thus creating this cuvée made with only 2,000 bottles. The grapes were harvested exclusively by hand, then fermented in oak barrels and aged on fine lees for 3 months, which gave the wine the necessary silkiness and clarity. Golden yellow in color, accompanied by mango, pear and cardamom in the nose with a hint of white chocolate. A full-bodied taste that takes us to different layers, all spiced with a slight sweet sensation. Full, elegant, yet fresh and crisp
