Description
dry white wine made from the Grillo variety, grown in Sicily. The variety is one of the defining grapes of the island. Its wine is finely tuned, pleasant, mainly tropical fruits, mango and papaya can be discovered in it. Blanché is a balanced, elegant white wine. Its fragrance is restrained, reminiscent of white flowers and a flowery meadow. In the sip, the fruits played a more important role, both tropical and white-fleshed peaches and pears can be discerned. A parade companion for fish and scallops.
