Description
Délceg is our fresh, refreshing dry wine, which pleasantly reflects the place of production and the character of Mádi. Furmin and linden grapes produced with strict yield restrictions, i.e. less than 1 kilogram per stem, are harvested early, gently pressed, and then naturally fermented with spontaneous yeasts in steel tanks. This way we get a Mádi wine that is really good to drink, even in the heat of summer.
