Description
VPTS, which replaces assúessence, is a real specialty in the world of wines. Amazingly rich, it combines the fresh fruitiness and acid structure of aszus with the dense, creamy texture, honey notes and concentration of the essences. Notes of apricot, peach, mango and vanilla can also be detected in its pure, intense, elegant smell and taste. It is recommended to eat it with characteristic blue cheese or with chocolate. Excellent instead of dessert, to end a great meal or with a cigar. With an alcohol content of only 9.5 percent, it is a real meditative wine with extremely long aging potential.
