Description
The first wine produced by Giulio Ferrari at the beginning of the 20th century, Blanc de Blancs has an unmistakable style to this day, unbeatable for its freshness and fruity character. Extremely durable perlage with a brilliant straw yellow appearance. In its aroma, the aromas of apple, biscuit and lemon are followed by ripe fruit and a pleasant smell of freshly baked bread, which comes from aging on yeast for more than 30 months. Fresh and lively fruity flavors are complemented by a hint of yeast, enhanced by the velvety softness of the bubbles.
