Description
Köves got its name from the fact that practically rocky edges were created under the productive layer washed away by the rain. The grapes had a very difficult journey in order to obtain aquifers and nutrients, which made it very difficult for them to start their development. These areas were characterized by small clusters and minimal capital load (maximum 30-40 dkg/capital). Thanks to the concentration of small clusters and small berries, such a complex, mineral wine was born, which has decades of maturation potential and an incredible length of taste.
