Description
Pale yellow color with some greenish reflexes. In the aroma, it has a delicate barrel and a nice linden aroma, ripe grapefruit, tangerine, summer flowers. The taste is clean, fresh, lots of fruit, 24 g of residual sugar, which makes the sip thick and full. Its acids keep the sugar nicely, with a little minerality and citrus in the finish. A warm year, a substantial wine, full of kindness. Wine-food pairing: chestnut puree or Mont Blanc cake - this was my first thought, and the second is anything far-eastern, spicy and hot, can be an excellent alternative to a tramini, perhaps even as an aperitif, where butter -canapés are served on puff pastry Bottled quantity: 1275 bottles (alcohol: 14.5% vol, residual sugar: 24 g/l, acid: 6.1 g/l)
