Description
Brut Nature, organic Furmint sparkling wine. Made in steel tanks with spontaneous fermentation, then part of the wine matured in used oak barrels for 6 months. After sparkling, the base wine matured in the bottle for a minimum of 30 months without dosage. Refined bubbles, nice, sharp acidity and special minerality. The aroma evokes fresh brioche, Jonathan apples and butter. Citrusy saltiness leads the sip, in which white-fleshed fruits, peaches and apricots also appear. An elegant, refreshing sparkling wine that we like to drink on special occasions and on simpler afternoons.
