A vibrant, herbal—almost nettle-like—wine featuring mineral, salty, and citrus notes. A Sauvignon Blanc from the organically farmed Váradi vineyard; after gentle pressing, it was fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged on fine lees for seven months.
