Our winery has been producing Hárslevelű from the Barát vineyard for 20 years. This wine embodies the dedication and quality that drive our commitment to cultivating this site. It comes from a south-west facing slope with loess soil and dacite tuff bedrock, featuring newly planted Hárslevelű vines protected by game fencing. Harvested in two stages and partially aged in barrels, this wine—with its touch of residual sugar—offers a unique experience for enthusiasts of both the variety and the vineyard. It presents complex, intense aromas of tropical fruit and linden blossom, along with a rich, saline, and exotic palate, making it an exciting match for culinary pairings.
