Description
Concentrated, opaque ruby with a dark core and a thick crown. In its intense aroma, a delicious coffee kick comes first, followed by notes of strawberries, plums, and dried cranberries. The barrel use is not very intense, it is just present. Mainly fruity in the mouth. Its tannins are pronounced, but they tend to dominate only in the middle of the sip, and the acids usually prevail. A long, full-bodied, concentrated batch.
