Description
Our sparkling wine—a blend of Chardonnay, Furmint, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc aged on fine lees for four years—is based on the 2020 vintage, supplemented with 18% reserve wine. Aged in magnum bottles, this Brut Classic reveals a character that is distinctly fresh yet complex. It presents promising aromas right from the start: citrus and stone fruits dominate, followed by notes of biscuit and minerality. On the palate, the wine’s maturity is more pronounced; alongside grapefruit, lime, and quince, toasted notes and a touch of salinity contribute to its rich, detailed character. The mousse is fine and soft, while the dosage ensures an ideal balance.
