Description
After almost three years of maturation in the magnum bottle, a really fresh and detailed champagne with soft foam was born. The smell is already attractive, fruits lead the aromas, with some honey and roasted almonds in the background. These aromas also return in the taste, in addition to citrus and lime, pineapple and fine mineral character and aging notes are felt. Fresh and elegant, its creamy bubbles and vibrant acids make it pleasant. Thanks to its juicy fruitiness, it is especially friendly.
