Description
The top red wine of our Ében winery, only produced in the most outstanding years, always in small quantities. A sparkling, deep ruby-red tone, full-bodied Bordeaux-type blend. Its aroma is like a basket of forest fruits (including blackberries, blueberries and blackcurrants), spiced with vanilla, cedar, pepper and thyme. The intense fruity notes are reflected in the sip, and the pleasant velvety aftertaste remains for a long time.
