A French rosé from Luberon, crafted from a blend of Syrah and Grenache Noir. The grapes are harvested exclusively at night—typically in late September—and, following pressing, the wine is aged on fine lees for a minimum of four months. Visually captivating, it dazzles with beautiful, deep salmon hues, while the nose reveals subtle aromas of strawberry and spicy raspberry. On the palate, it offers strikingly vibrant, succulent flavors, delighting the taster with notes of crisp redcurrant and exotic mango.
