Description
The grape varieties involved in the blending of the wine characteristically characterize the Châteauneuf-du-Pape growing area. In the La Bernardine red blend, grenache plays the main role, complemented by a little syrah and mourvedre. It is very intense crimson in color. The aroma is complex, blackcurrants and plums followed by roasted coffee and cinnamon with cherries and cherries. In the mouth, the spices open first, followed by fruity aromas.
