Description
We only make it in the best vintages, when the aszú grapes are in abundance. The juice that drips from the aszú grapes becomes Oremus Eszencia - the legendary wine, the bearer of mystical secrets. Nectar, born on the Oremus estate, stands out among the aszú wines. A wine with an incredibly rich aroma, unparalleled in the world. It has a low alcohol content (2-3%), is made without pressing, as a result of which the residual sugar content can exceed 500 grams per liter. The aszú grapes are picked one by one, by hand. Let's not forget that a harvester picks between 5-10 kg per day. The berries stand in the Oremus winery for 15-20 days. As the grapes press each other, the nectar, or essence, slowly drips out due to their own weight. After that, it matures in 50-liter glass bottles. After two years, it was transferred to 68-liter, so-called "Average" barrels, where it continues to develop. It can be stored in the bottle for decades, reaching its full potential after very slow maturation.
