Description
One of our favorite blue grape varieties. Own area, low 3-cluster capital load, 0.7-0.8 kg of grapes/capital. It fermented spontaneously for 4 weeks after berrying in a tank. After fermentation, it is treated separately from the juice and the pressed juice. Aged for 24 months in 500 liter barrels before bottling.
