Description
It is made from grapes with a low capital burden, from an area consciously cultivated for red wine. After berrying in a tank, it fermented for 2 weeks, after which the juice and the pressed juice were treated separately. This wine contains only the lees, only a small part of which went into barrels, the rest was matured in tanks.
