Description
It was produced from grapes grown specifically for red wine, with low vine yields. After destemming, the grapes fermented in tanks for two weeks, after which the free-run juice and press juice were treated separately. This wine consists solely of free-run juice; only a small portion was aged in barrels, while the rest was matured in tanks.
