Description

Everything from plum jam to chocolate can be found in its mature, nicely rounded taste, and with every sip we believe we will discover more and more miracles. A large-bodied, mature, wonderful lot, with strong alcohol and a bitter chocolate finish at the end. Deep ruby color. Its smell is more subdued at the beginning, thanks to the aeration. In addition to the delicate, sweet character, blackcurrant and mint also appear, supplemented with a little pencil carving character. Its aroma also shows signs of overripeness, almost in the form of dried fruits. In the mouth, it starts with intense alcohol, moderate acids are accompanied by rich but very well structured tannins, which give the wine a delicate and smooth texture. The taste is also reminiscent of chocolate, the cocoa, sweet and spicy character. A substantial item with a good finish.
