Description
We soaked the top-quality Aszu grains in fermenting must for two days. After pressing and then barrel fermentation, the Aszú wine was aged for two years in Zemplén oak barrels in our historic cellar. This wine is characteristically heavy and spicy. Its aroma is dominated by flower honey and apricot. In the taste, grapefruit and orange peel return with spicy notes and a long finish.
