Description
The must was fermented in refrigerated tanks, then partly matured in used barrels and partly in tanks until bottling. Silver glitter, apricot, honey and flowers in the understated scent. The sip is light and tight, with rich acids, long flavors, and a mineral finish typical of the wine region.
