Description
The must fermented in chilled tanks, then matured—partly in used barrels and partly in tanks—until bottling. It displays a silvery sheen, with a restrained nose of apricot, honey, and flowers. On the palate, it is light and taut, featuring vibrant acidity, long-lasting flavors, and a mineral finish characteristic of the wine region.
