Description
Sourced from low-yield vines and hand-sorted, the wine underwent controlled fermentation in open vats on fine lees, followed by 18 months of aging in new and used 225-liter Hungarian barrels. It displays warm, ripe, slightly meaty aromatic notes and a dense, jammy palate reminiscent of roasted tomato, framed by restrained oak-derived spice.
