Description
Pale yellow with flashes of grass-green. The nose offers lemon zest, lemon curd, pear, and anise, alongside freshly mown grass, dill, grapefruit, and honey. The palate is lively and multi-layered; its defining flavors—notes of clove, peach, and white tea—are framed by the fine, salty minerality characteristic of Tokaj. A summer wine—in the sense that it can transport anyone back to summer, all year round.
