Description
Like the wind blowing on the water of a peaceful lake, Csilla's idea last year turned our usual rosé world upside down: "Csabi, let's make a fuller, Mediterranean-style Provençal rosé!" It got me thinking: why not?! We made it from the most beautiful, selected ingredients intended for our bull's blood: Kékfrankos, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. After half a year of racking and blending, we bottled it.
