Description
The virgin fruit of the new planting of the Veresek vineyard in Mád, with all the enthusiasm and self-confidence of youth. It smells like mandarin, orange jam, elderberry syrup that promises some sweetness. Even the first sip smells of dried fruit, but thanks to its fine acidity, its sweetness is more discreet than its sugar content. A nobly crafted wine, yet as light as lace. Wine-food pairing: white meats, chicken, pheasant, their pâtés would certainly be a nice accompaniment to a coronation chicken with fresh cheeses, e.g. fior di latte, mozzarella di bufala, cervelle de canuts, but mostly desserts: light cream and fruit cakes, but certainly a puff pastry pie filled with frangipane, galette des rois would also be excellent, or a good chou à la crème/representative donut Bottled quantity: 480 bottles (alcohol: 12.5% vol, residual sugar: 143 g/l, acid: 6.47 g/l)
