Description
The wine is made from 90% Monica and 10% other indigenous grape varieties. Monica is the oldest grape variety in Sardinia. It produces a rich wine with good ageing potential. On the nose and palate, raspberry and black cherry notes can be detected. It pairs well with roasted dishes, as well as duck and goose based meals.
