Description
Sheep's tail, a green blend from Sylvania and Buda, which, after 12 months of aging on fine lees, was collected unfiltered, unclarified, without added sulfuric acid, by gravity. The aroma is of grapes, grape blossoms, green apples, dried flowers, apricots, with exploding freshness. Low alcohol, bright acids, citrus, ripe green aromas, then a hint of apricot. Long aftertaste with a fine salty finish. It is alive and vibrant.
