50% Zeus, 50% Ottonel Muscat, fermented spontaneously to semi-dry in steel tanks and aged in steel. Deep golden yellow in color, with wild flowers and dried fruit aromas. Muscat notes are dominant. Rich, mature flavor with ideal acid-sugar balance.
