Description
A vineyard-grown Italian Riesling from the red-soil Slikker above the Római út, which has been cultivated continuously since the 2nd century. A plantation over forty years old, which presents us with serious raw materials every year. The wine is full and layered – with quince and chestnut notes, with a salty-mineral finish. Organic cultivation, short maceration on the skins, gravity settling and unfiltered bottling are the technological keywords. Micro-batch, a maximum of 2,000 bottles are produced annually.
