Description
When someone thinks of elegant white wines, the name Chardonnay is certainly one of the first that comes to mind. We wanted to take this generally established image further, and even raise it to a higher level. The vintage brought an already good ripening of this grape variety, which, after malic acid decomposition and regular mixing on a fine broom, resulted in a full-bodied white wine. Fermentation and maturation took place in new barrique barrels, using battonage technology
