Description
The late September harvest produced a perfectly ripe Syrah. To enhance the aromas and flavors that characterize the variety, we used a 20-month second-fill barrique barrel aging process, along with a long bottle aging. The result is a luscious and diverse wine with an extremely long finish. For Syrah lovers, it can be enjoyed on its own, just for the beauty of the wine, but it can also be a perfect choice for pairing with big game and beef dishes.
