Description
The three south-southwest-facing fields are the end-of-October harvest of a bottle/capital load area. The larger part of the total quantity is matured in first- and second-filling five-hl wooden barrels, the smaller part in tanks for two to two and a half years. It is characterized by a blackberry-cranberry flavor.
