Description
If we pay attention to Bikavér, it tells us about past centuries, traditions, the work done in the Temérd vineyards and maybe a little about Szekszárd. It is aged for a long time in traditional, large (10-50hl) oak barrels. During the 2 years spent in the barrel, the individual varieties blend together, complete and become a new whole. In our opinion, Bikavér is not suitable for barrique casks. In the case of a traditional wine, we stick to our traditions.
