Description
Selection Cabernet Sauvigon is made from grapes selected from the Bocor and Csicsó vineyards. We also use a special method of cultivation within vineyards, which have a capital burden of 80 dkg/capital. We only make it in special years. The wine is aged for 12 months in new Hungarian oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters, where a selection takes place even inside the barrel. When tasted, chocolate and vanilla aromas blend harmoniously with the smell and taste of fresh red currants. An excellent companion to red meat dishes and bitter chocolate desserts. Bottled without filtering!
