Description
After late spring frosts, a nice summer and excellent autumn botrytization, we harvested concentrated and intensely flavored grapes and grapes. The quality was outstanding. The translation is a traditional type of wine from Tokaj, which is made by re-soaking the once-squeezed grapes in fermenting must. For the preparation of our 2016 Fordítás wine, we used 100% furmint assús grains pressed for the production of our 6 Puttonyos Aszú. After re-pressing and fermentation, the wine matured for two years in 500-liter Hungarian oak barrels in our traditional cellar. A perfect, vibrant golden yellow color combined with powerful dried red berry fruit and botrytis notes. Its taste is mixed with notes of honey and nuts, which is completed by body, vibrant acidity and perfect structure. We recommend it on its own chilled to 12°C, or even with blue cheese. It is an excellent accompaniment to spicy Asian cuisine, caramel or fresh fruit desserts. Sugar: 151.7 g/l Acid: 10.92 g/l
