Juhfark
Although its origins are disputed, it is certainly one of the oldest grape varieties in Hungary. It plays a starring role in Somló, but beautiful wines are also made from it in Etyek-Buda and the Lake Balaton area. Its wines are restrained, but it is an excellect reflector of terroir.
